Assessment, Evaluation, & Treatment Plan

Service Description

A one hour session with Erin Isanhart encompassing comprehensive eye-tracking, vestibular/balance testing and brain health survey completion. This is followed by a one hour session with Dr Ghajar to evaluate the tests and treatment plan recommendations. NHC care team will also communicate the plan and coordinate with the patient’s primary care physician.
