1xweek in person + 1xweek telemedicine for 6 weeks

Service Description

Your customized treatment program will be designed and executed in partnership with your NHC care team. The program will consist of eye tracking, vestibular/balance training and brain health education. Work with your NHC therapist in person/telemedicine for 6 weeks.
